Platinum Artisan Beef Farmers of Ontario are committed to produce the tastiest, finest quality, and nutritious beef in an ethical and honest manner, using other breeds than Angus. Limosine is our main breed for Platinum Artisan as the protein structure of this breed provides the same tenderness as Angus, Without the Marbling.

We take care to ensure humane treatment of animals and adherence to ecological friendly methods of raising cattle. It is these practices and environmental standards that earn our Family farms the recognition as the top rated farmers in our Province.  
Our Platinum Artisan Family farms produce the finest product available, with a finished product with consistency of protein texture, of the amount of fat and its distribution and tenderness > in a Lean fat content according to CFIA regulations.
